The rapid advancement of intelligent digital technologies is fundamentally transforming innovation management in industrial organizations. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twins, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and Intelligent Robotics are increasingly enabling organizations to improve decision-making, optimize innovation processes, enhance collaboration, and strengthen organizational competitiveness. This paper presents a comprehensive analytical review of the principal intelligent technologies supporting innovation management from both technological and managerial perspectives. The study examines the role of each technology across the innovation lifecycle, highlighting its key capabilities, practical applications, and organizational benefits. A comparative analysis is conducted to identify the distinctive contributions of these technologies and to demonstrate how their complementary integration creates a coherent digital ecosystem for innovation management. Furthermore, the paper discusses the major challenges associated with technology adoption, including interoperability, data governance, cybersecurity, workforce competencies, and ethical considerations. The findings indicate that sustainable innovation performance is achieved not through the isolated implementation of individual technologies but through their effective integration within organizational processes and strategic decision-making.
